Michael Schuh is the founder and principal of State Street Investments, LLC, where he leads real estate acquisition, site selection, entitlement strategy, development planning and investment execution.
His approach is owner-minded and execution focused: understand the market, determine what the property can realistically support, identify risk before capital is committed, and build the consultant and contractor team around the specific business plan.
Michael remains directly involved in opportunity sourcing, negotiations, underwriting, consultant selection, land-use strategy, development planning, budget decisions and oversight of the development and construction process. That senior-level involvement gives clients and partners a direct line to the decision-maker throughout an assignment.
He has also completed Columbia University coursework in Construction Finance Management, complementing practical development experience with formal study of project finance, cost control and construction economics.
